Royal Salute Alchemy explores the poetic transformation of raw elements into liquid gold, drawing inspiration from the ancient idea of alchemy. Much like the alchemist’s pursuit, the journey of whisky from water, yeast, and malt to a refined spirit reflects a process of mastery, time, and precision.
This project translates that philosophy into a visual narrative that celebrates transformation and craftsmanship. Deep, atmospheric tones and luminous gold accents evoke the moment where matter transcends into something precious. The visual system balances restraint and richness, expressing the dignity and depth inherent in the Royal Salute brand.
The Korean edition of the Alchemy magazine and the launch invitation were developed as immersive brand experiences. From editorial structure to graphic composition and material selection, every element was designed to embody the artistry behind Royal Salute, transforming storytelling into a tactile and sensory experience.
